Welcome to Haru Customs. By purchasing from or commissioning work through Haru Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions, of which are legally binding. Please read them carefully.

 

1. About Us

          Hand-painted custom goods

          Graphic design services (logos, merchandise artwork, etc.)


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders and commissions must be paid in full before shipment of any physical product.
  • For graphic design services intended for merchandise or commercial use:
    • An initial design fee will be charged (amount subject to project).
    • A percentage of each sale involving the artwork will be due, as agreed in writing between Haru Customs and the client.
    • The customer does not and will not own the rights to any artwork created. Usage rights are granted conditionally and may be revoked if terms are breached.

 

3. Shipping Policy

  • We ship worldwide, offering tracked and untracked options.
  • All available shipping methods and costs will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
  • If tracked shipping is not selected or paid for and the package is lost, Haru Customs cannot be held liable.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. All products are packaged with care.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, unless legally required.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All designs and artworks remain the intellectual property of Haru Customs.
  • We hold the right to share our work however we see fit
  • Clients are granted limited usage rights for commercial or personal use under agreed terms.
  • Redistribution, resale, alteration, or claiming of artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.
  • If any part of the agreement is breached, Haru Customs reserves the right to revoke usage rights immediately.

 

6. Age Restrictions

  • Customers must be 16 years or older to place an order or commission work.

 

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and retain personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address) only for the purpose of fulfilling your order or commission.
  • This information is stored securely and deleted after 6 months from the dispatch date.
  • We do not share or sell personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

 

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from transactions with Haru Customs will be handled under the jurisdiction of these legal systems.

 

9. Changes to Terms

  • Haru Customs reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
